In view of the rising outbreak of Corona virus, the Uttar Pradesh government has identified hot spots in 15 districts. Areas with these hot spots will be completely sealed tonight from 12 a.m. to the morning of 15 April. However, the general lockdown will continue to be applicable to all other locations as of now. Additional Chief Secretary of the state Avnish Awasthi informed about this.

Avnish Awasthi said that 12 in Agra, 13 in Ghaziabad, 12 in Lucknow (8 big and 4 small hot spots), 12 in Gautam Budh Nagar, 12 in Kanpur, 4 in Varanasi, 3 in Shamli, 7 in Meerut, 1 in Bareilly. , 3 hot spots in Bulandshahr, 3 in Basti, 3 in Firozabad, 4 in Saharanpur, 2 in Maharajganj and 1 in Sitapur have been identified. They will be sealed from 12 o'clock at night.

At the same time, Uttar Pradesh DGP Hitesh Chandra Awasthi said that 'these hot spots will be fully sanitized and the arrangement will be in the areas with these hot spots as is the case in curfew. Apart from this, keeping in mind the needs of the people, he said that the necessary goods will be supplied at home. This system will continue till further notice of the government.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary RK Tiwari said, "The number of Corona affected has increased significantly in 4-5 days. More than 343 cases are infected in the state and about 165 people are from Tabligi Jamaat only. Earlier there was a lot of control but the number has increased due to the interference of Tabligi Jamaat. Instructions have been given to completely seal the (identified hot spots) in the 15 districts where the virus has increased.

He said that people will not be allowed to come out of the house and come to shops. The Chief Secretary said that each house would be examined and sanitized. He said that all the positive people who have come in their contact will also be isolated.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary RK Tiwari said, 'Almost all the information of the people who came in the state of Tabligi Jamaat is available to the police. Some people have given their information themselves, but those who have not come forward are being identified and almost all have been investigated and now their contacts are being identified and investigated.

He went on to say, "Be it the people of the health department or the people of the police department or even the common citizens involved in the fight against Corona, indecency with them is reprehensible and criminal action. It is a serious offense to cause harm in any of its work, in which the most difficult action can be taken in the law against those who are delivering the action. Certainly this is a very gross negligence of Tablighi Jamaat and it is the subject of an investigation.
