On the orders of Chief Secretary Dr. DK Tiwari, this file has been submitted to the Department of Revenue Registration and Land Reforms. Intention is also being taken on this file from the Home Prison and Disaster Management Department.
The families who have taken this step are extremely poor. Returning the ration card, they will also have problems with food. Certificates, voter ID card, ration card, Aadhaar card, job card, gas card, PAN card of all 13 families are attached in the returned file. The boycott villagers say that they will accept only tribal law, they have nothing to do with government law and government system and government schemes.
They said "we are tribal India. Not Indian, so we are governed by tribal natural and natural ruling. These are governed by the Central Government and State Government of India Judicial system. Therefore, we are returning the family and all the tribals to the judicial system law and certificates, ration cards, voter cards, Aadhaar cards."
Under the Fifth Schedule of the Indian Constitution, tribal culture, language, lifestyle and their rights have been given constitutional protection under the supervision of the Governor. In this, the custom and the gram sabha were defined. Under this, such areas are declared as Scheduled Areas by order of the President. Gram Sabha is paramount as per the Fifth Schedule. In the case of Pathalgadi in Khunti, there has been a controversy over the distortion of this law. The innocent people are tricked and provoked against the administration and the government. This protest is also considered to be its link.
